Welcome to cawa4d. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the cawa4d website and services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by cawa4d ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you ("you", "your", "the User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use the cawa4d Platform. By registering, you warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding Agreement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts held by individuals under 21 will be immediately closed, and any Funds will be forfeited.
The Platform is intended for users who are residents of Indonesia. You represent and warrant that you are accessing the Platform from a location where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. cawa4d does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal.
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. You may not register multiple accounts under different names, addresses, or email addresses. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any winnings or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual (via IP address, payment method, device fingerprint, or other means), we reserve the right to close all such accounts and void all transactions.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of Funds.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify cawa4d customer support immediately at [email protected].
To comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations, cawa4d requires all Users to verify their identity before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit copies of the following documents:
We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and withholding of Funds until verification is complete. All documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
cawa4d accepts deposits via the following methods: Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Most deposits are credited to your Account instantly. In rare cases, deposits may take up to 15 minutes to appear due to banking system delays. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments made on your behalf by another individual) are strictly prohibited. If we detect third-party funding, your Account will be suspended, and all Funds will be returned to the original source after deducting any administrative fees.
You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to identity verification (KYC) and compliance with bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits. If multiple deposit methods were used, withdrawals will be split proportionally.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours after approval. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required. Once approved, the time for funds to reach your bank account or e-wallet depends on the payment provider and is typically instant to 2 business days.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by User account level and payment method. Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. Higher limits are available for VIP accounts. There is no limit on the number of withdrawal requests you may submit, subject to available balance.
cawa4d does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
cawa4d offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods. Bonus terms are displayed on the promotions page and must be read carefully before opting in.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which is the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling Rp 3.000.000 before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type (e.g., slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10% or less).
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other players, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting software errors, is strictly prohibited. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, and their Accounts may be permanently closed.
In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
All bets are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the details of each bet before confirming. cawa4d reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including but not limited to: bets placed due to technical glitches, obvious pricing errors, bets placed after an event has started (for pre-match markets), or bets that violate maximum stake limits.
Sports betting is offered on a wide range of football leagues and tournaments, including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, World Cup, and more. Bet types include Asian handicap (voor), Over/Under, 1X2, accumulator (mix parlay), and various prop bets. All bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets may be voided unless otherwise stated in the sport-specific rules.
Live casino games are provided by third-party studios such as Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. Game outcomes are determined by the game provider, and cawa4d has no control over results. In the event of a dispute, the game provider's decision log is final. You must not engage in collusion, chip dumping, or any other form of cheating. Suspicious behavior will be investigated and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of Funds.
Togel draws are sourced from official international lottery pools (Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, Togel Macau, etc.). Results are based on the official draw numbers published by each lottery authority. cawa4d does not conduct the draws and is not responsible for delays or cancellations. Bets are settled according to the official results. In the rare event of a disputed result, the lottery authority's official record is final.
Slot games and random number generator (RNG) games are provided by certified third-party studios. All games use certified RNG algorithms to ensure fair and random outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and volatility information are displayed in each game's info panel. Game outcomes are determined instantly upon spin and cannot be altered after the fact.
cawa4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools to help you stay in control, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion. You may self-exclude for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account or place bets.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all Funds and bonuses, and potential legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, cawa4d and its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of Funds you deposited into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for interruptions to the Platform caused by technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
All content on the cawa4d Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and user interface design, is the property of cawa4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or exploit any content without our express written permission.
cawa4d reserves the right to suspend or close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your Account (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification and deduction of any outstanding fees or chargebacks.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you must withdraw or forfeit any remaining balance, and you will not be able to reopen the Account for a minimum of 6 months.
cawa4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cawa4d is licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and cawa4d. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body in our licensing jurisdiction. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and cawa4d regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
By creating an account and using the cawa4d Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
